Abandoned Industrial District PBR

This is a large abaondoned industrial scene in post-apocalyptic style, which consists of 5 different furnished factories, a custom terrain, trees, fencing, towers and extensive factory items of old machines, tanks and debris. It is all textured with PBR texturing except the walls of the buildings.

The pack is supplied as follows:

1) Folder called “Single Props” with multiple items and debris for adding to the supplied scene or for use in your own projects.

2) Folder called “Trees” with 3 different trees for adding to the scene which can be replicated.

3) Folder called “Exterior Towers” with 6 different large towers which can be added to the perimeter of the complex to create more industrial scenery

4) Folder Called “Factories” with 5 furnished factories, Lamp-lights, Exterior fencing & the terrain. To use the entire scene, follow this method.

1) Add terrain to the scene

2) Add each factory and attach it to the terrain. The factories will load in the correct position on the terrain.

3) Add the exterior fencing and attach it to the terrain.

4) Add the lamps and attach them to the terrain.

5) With “Industrial District” highlighted in the Scene Manager, go to the Modify Panel at the top and under “Materials”, press the “auto link all object textures” button. It will take a few minutes but by doing this, you will allow everything in the scene to share textures and run more efficiently.
